Launching a new venture is really only the first step. Long term success is dependent on being able to identify and make timely adjustments to the dynamic market conditions. It is important to have feedback and monitoring processes in place from the onset. There should be a way for example to find out who specifically is buying the product. These end users should have a way of communicating their level of satisfaction back to the producer, thus allowing modifications in product, packaging, delivery or service.
